Learn pole dancing for fitness at FitSistas. Located at 21 Lonsdale Street Braddon we are the exclusive agents for Powapole™ Fitness Classes - a unique women’s group exercise class that takes pole dancing for fitness in Canberra to another level.
Importantly for your safety, FitSistas is the only studio to only employ qualified fitness instructors, all instructors also have many years of experience in teaching dance and/or aerobics in Canberra. Our classes are fitness classes and there's one suited to every level of fitness.
Wear what you would wear to the gym and as long as you attend we guarantee you will increase fitness, tone your whole body and increase core and upper body strength...but most importantly, above everything...we want you to have fun and enjoy it!
Terms run for six weeks and there are currently 6 different Powapole™ Fitness Classes to choose from. Please look through our timetable and if you are interested in participating in our classes call us to discuss which one would suit you best, or if you get the chance, pop in and have a look through our beautiful studio.
Trial Classes.
We have Trial Classes on at different dates throughout the year so you can experience what FitSistas has to offer before signing up for a full Term.
