BUMSnTUMS
Fit Ball and floor work only. This is a chance to focus on toning your abdominals, butt and
thighs in an intense session
that gets results!

STRETCHnFLEX
No pole work involved this is a no impact class aimed at improving your upper body strength and overall flexibility.

Class Descriptions

Powapole™Cardio are our beginner classes, you will learn basic tricks and combine them into a cardio routine for a great workout. You don't have to be fit or be able to lift yourself to commence any Powapole Classes, we will help you do that...just be ready to work hard and have heaps of fun!

Powapole™Cardio2 is designed for ladies who have already completed at least one Term of Cardio (preferably two Terms) and want to continue working out at a higher level for maximum strength, cardio and fat loss benefits...learn to link your tricks together and stay in the air for extended periods, combined with a cardio routine this is a challenging and rewarding class.

Powapole™Aerial 1 is our intermediate class, learn to invert on the pole and further develop your skills upside down. This is also combined with a routine that includes difficult tricks to get the best out of you!

Powapole™Aerial2 is FitSistas advanced class, you will spend most of your time upside down on the pole learning new extreme tricks, confidence and skills on the pole is a requirement.

Powapole™Aerial3 is the most advanced class on the timetable and is available only to those who have excellent, confidence, flexibility and strength with their inverted skills on the pole.

Powapole™ Quik45 is our 45 minute workout in a hurry class that gets straight to the point. Perfect for beginners or those ladies that find it hard to fit in the time to exercise, we will get you moving and burning calories in no time at all (not always on the timetable).

Powapole™Esteem is taught by specialist fitness instructors who are also experienced in dance. Esteem is great for beginners through to advanced, think PussyCat Dolls as it combines sassy dance moves with pole tricks...it's heaps of fun and will add some extra spice to your life! (not always on the timetable).

BoxaFit is our boxing for fitness class, open to men and women it's perfect for those wanting to lose weight, and increase cardio fitness without going on the poles. Taught by qualified Thump© and Punchfit© Instructors this is an awesome workout.

15 Minute BumsNTums fitball and floorwork classes designed to target typical problem areas for women. 15 minute sessions free for members, no need to book, just come along.

30 Minute BumsNTums these floor classes are 100% burn! Work your body into a toned lean machine!! This is half an hour that's well worth the effort. No pole involved, purchase your 10 pass visit and you'll be buffed before you know it! (discounts for members)

StretchNFlex are 45 minute floorwork classes that focus on improving your flexibility, posture and movement through stretching, balancing and strengthening exercises. A FitSistas mix drawing from yoga & pilates, it's especially good for improving your pole tricks. 10 pass visits are combined with the 30 minute BumsNTums visit, available to non members and members at a discount rate.

Important Payment and Other Information.

Join With A Friend Special.
Introduce a new member to FitSistas and pay only $155 each for your term– the name of your friend must be recorded and discount only applies if your friend is new to FitSistas.  You must both pay at the same time to receive the discount unless prior arrangement is made.

Late Payment Fee.
Payments must be made prior to the commencement of the Term, payments that are made after the Term has commenced will receive an additional late payment fee of $10.

Refund Policy.
FitSistas has a no refund policy, please ensure that you are in good health and able to exercise prior to joining FitSistas. We make every effort to keep all clients happy and If you have questions regarding your health we will be happy to answer them to our best ability however, we are not general practitioners. Any major concerns need to be discussed with your doctor. For all our terms and conditions please ask us when joining and note that all terms and conditions are listed on your membership form.
